Standard Return Policies
- These Standard Return Policies apply only to products purchased directly from the eshop.aten.co.uk website by you.
- Returns for a refund must be made within: 14 days
- Returns for replacements and exchange must be made within: 28 days
- All product returns or exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting eorders@aten.co.uk.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items covered by this policy must be returned to ATEN U.K Limited for this policy to apply.
- Warranty is not transferrable.
- The following products are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
o Any product not purchased from eshop.aten.co.uk
o Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
o Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
o Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
o Any product that exhibits physical damage
o Any product without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Non-returnable items:
o Gift cards
o Downloadable software products
o Items listed as “Final Sales”
- To return your product, includes the RMA# on all shipping labels and mail it to:
